Messuages, cottages, lands and all real estate whatsoever and all household goods, furniture, plate, linen, china, etc, and also my law books and other books in my dwelling place in Northampton together with my gig and harness to sons William Buswell and Charles Buswell, real estate as tenants in common; to wife Mary Buswell £150; to daughter Mary Ann Underwood £1,300; to son William Buswell £1,400; to son Charles Buswell £1,400; to wife Mary an annuity of £100 for life; to nephew Thomas Buswell an annuity of £26 for life; to niece Sarah Horn an annuity of £10 for life; I give £2,000 to my sons William & Charles Buswell, my son-in-law Thomas Underwood, and Richard Dennis of Northampton upholsterer (joint executors) upon trust for my son Josiah Buswell and his children if he has any; to Richard Dennis £19 19s; residue to my four children Josiah, Mary Ann, William and Charles share and share alike.
