PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a cause wherein Harriet Cooke is Plaintiff, and Charles Dealey and Eliza, his wife, and others are Defendants, the creditors of Samuel Cooke, late of Saint John's-hill, in the town of Shrewsbury, in the county of Salop. Esquire, deceased, who died in or about the month of February, 1851, are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 7th day of January, 1854, to come in and prove their claims at the chambers of the Master of the Rolls, in the Rolls-yard, Chancery-lane, Middlesex, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Decree.
