Will of Daniel Dee dated 23 Jun 1853; summary text: Whereas I am entitled under the will of Mary Giles formerly of Chertsey spinster to a certain share and interest in the sum of £3,333 6s 8d three pounds per cent consolidated bank annuities expectant on the decease of Elizabeth Janaway who has a life interest in the income of the same, now I give and bequeath all my said share and interest under the will of Mary Giles and all other real and personal estate to my children William Dee, Lydia Sophis Martin, Elizabeth Phillips wife of Henry Phillips, Sarah Hyde wife of James Hyde, Charles Dee, Charlotte Luker wife of William Luker, Caroline Tickner wife of George Tickner, and Thomas Dee equally divided share and share alike; I declare that all accounts between myself and my children have been adjusted in my lifetime and that the equal division of my estate between them is to be made by my executor without reference to any previous transactions; son William Dee sole exec.
