DESBOROUGH Henry Esq., 18 June 1862. The Will with a Codicil of Henry Desborough formerly of Beckenham in the County of Kent but late of Pilton near Barnstaple in the County of Devon Esquire formerly Secretary of the Atlas Assurance Company Cheapside in the City of London who died 11 May 1862 at Pilton aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by the oaths of John Desborough of Woolwich in the said County of Kent a Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Regiment of Artillery the Son and Laurence Desborough the Younger of Sise Lane in the City of London Esquire and James Laurence Man of Mincing Lane in the City of London Esquire the Nephews three of the Executors.
