The Will of Stephen Foster late of Hatfield Peveril in the County of Essex Farmer who died 6 September 1873 at Hatfield Peveril was proved at the Principal Registry by Charles Foster of Witham in the said County Insurance Agent the Brother Charles Joseph Foster of Stamford in the County of Lincoln Engineer and Isaac George Foster of the City of Lincoln Engineer the Nephews three of the Executors. Effects under £1,500. Double Probate passed at the principal Registry October 1874.
