to granddaughter Sarah Butcher all copyhold land in manor of Tangley called Twistees, Cranleigh in my occupation and that of James Tamworth; to daughter Sarah late the wife and now the widow of Richard Butcher all other messuages for life; personal estate to be sold paying to granddaughter Sarah Butcher £300 at 21 and rest to be invested and interest to daughter Sarah for life and then messuages to George Barrett of Bramley, gentleman, Thomas Woods of Shere, gentleman and John Tickner of Barhatch, yeoman, execs. in trust to sell same and pay money all to my granddaughter Sarah Butcher and other daughters of my daughter Sarah
