In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five.

Let a Probate be made to Marmaduke Fawkes of Claybrook Mill in the Parish of Claybrook in the County of Leicester Miller and Baker and Thomas Berridge of Dunton Bassett in the said County Farmer and Grazier the said Executors named in the Will of the deceased who died on the 30th day of July last, they having been first duly sworn as well to the faithful execution of the Will as that the Testator’s Goods Chattels and Credits as they were at his death without deducting anything on account of debts due and owing by him therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of Three hundred pounds.
