There is a rumour that the artist Valentine Prinsep used Lena Gell as a model and it is she that is depicted in his "Goose Girl" and possibly "Cinderella". But in view of the dates it could be possible that it was one of Lena's sisters, although my father was told that it was of his mother Lena. There is a very strong resemblance to my father.
