Will of Jane Everest of Bagshot in the Parish of Windlesham Surrey spinster, 11 Sep 1855. To my sister Elizabeth Clarke my cloak; to my grandniece Jane White my bed bolster and two pillows in the bedroom I usually sleep in; I bequeath all the rest of my personal estate and effects to my niece Jane Elizabeth the wife of George Higgs for her absolute use and benefit; I bequeath my messuage or tenement with garden now in the occupation of Ann Copas situate at Bagshot to the use of James Edward Mumford of Chobham miller and William Smithers of Bagshot painter and glazier upon trust that they maintain the said messuage in good order during the life of my niece Jane Elizabeth Higgs and pay her the rents and profits thereof and after her decease shall stand seized of the said messuage for all her children as tenants in common; I give and devise my messuage in Brewhouse Lane at Bagshot which I some time since purchased of my late nephew Henry Tolfree to the use of James Edward Mumford and William Smithers shall during the natural life of Martha the widow of my said nephew Henry Tolfree pay her the rents and profits thereof and after her decease to all the children of my said nephew Henry Tolfree; I give and devise my messuages at Bagshot in the tenures or occupations of myself Thomas Skilling John Baines Moses White and ___ Cole together with all other real estate whatsoever not heretofore specifically devised to my sister Elizabeth Clarke charged with payment of annuity of ten pounds bequeather to her during her life by the will of my late father Edward Everest deceased and charged upon the real and personal estate bequeather by him to me; James Edward Mumford William Smithers and niece Jane Elizabeth Higgs execs.
