Will of Henry Lee of Windlesham, yeoman, 7 Sep 1833

All personal estate to wife Elizabeth Lee; to son Henry Lee one equal fifth part or one acre and fifteen perches more or less of allotment of land on Windlesham East Common containing five acres one rood and 34 perches more or less marked on the plan of the Windlesham Inclosure award No.843, which one fifth is bounded on the south-east by the Chertsey Road, on the south-west by the several allotments of William Porter Esq and others and on the north-west by certain allotments to the late Elizabeth Cooper; to my son Charles Lee one other equal fifth part, which one fifth is bounded on the south-east by the said Chertsey Road, on the south-west by the land devised to son Henry Lee, and on the north-west by an allotment to the said Elizabeth Cooper; to son James Lee one other equal fifth part, which one fifth is bounded on the south-east by the said Chertsey Road, on the south-west by the land devised to son Charles Lee, and on the north-west by the said allotment to the said Elizabeth Cooper; to daughter Mary Elizabeth the wife of William Budd one other equal fifth part, which one fifth is bounded on the south-east by the said Chertsey Road, on the south-west by the land devised to son James Lee, and on the north-west by the said allotment to the said Elizabeth Cooper; to daughter Harriet the wife of James Hill one other equal fifth part, which one fifth is bounded on the south-east by the said Chertsey Road, on the south-west by the land devised to daughter Mary Elizabeth, and on the north-west by the said allotment to the said Elizabeth Cooper; each of the five parts to contain the same number of feet of frontage to the Chertsey Road; to wife Elizabeth Lee my messuage etc and two parcels of meadow land, and the allotment on Broadley Green containing one rood and seven perches more or less, which premises are now in the occupation of my son Henry Lee and Messrs Thomas and Charles Godfrey, and after her decease to my said son with payment of five pounds to my son William Lee and forty pounds apiece to sons Charles and James and daughters Mary Elizabeth Budd and Harriet Hill; wife Elizabeth Lee sole exec.

Proved 7 Jul 1842 to Henry Lee the son and administrator of the goods of Elizabeth Lee widow deceased. The said Elizabeth Lee survived the said deceased but died without having taken upon herself the probate and execution of the will
