Abstract of title of Walter Gosden to a messuage and land at Bisley. Recites conveyance, 1813, by John Draper of Chobham, farmer, to George Gosden of Chobham, labourer, of Newbridge House and lands in Bisley, with schedule of deeds from 1796. George Gosden died in 1846 having bequeathed his property to his wife Elizabeth (died 1862) and then to his son George. George Gosden, by his will of 1864, bequeathed his property to his wife Catherine and son George and to James Church of Windlesham, farmer. George Gosden died in 1874 and in 1875 James Church, his surviving trustee and executor, sold the property to Walter Gosden of Chobham, farmer, who in turn sold it to George Attfield of Bisley, farmer, in 1881.
