Will of Henry Beal of Taplow in the County of Bucks, vintner, 1 May 1821. To my dear wife Sarah Beal, exec, all property after payment of debts and funeral expenses for her sole use and benefit (excepting silver spoons with the initials of H B) whether cattle livestock or moveables of any description such as household furniture farming utensils plate jewels and trinkets, but at her decease the above mentioned silver spoons shall descend to my son Henry Beal and likewise on attaining the age of 21 if the profits of business will allow of it my son Henry to receive from my wife one hundred pounds, otherwise if not convenient at the before specified term of years then he shall wait five other years that it until the age of 26 and should circumstances not allow the payment at the expiration of the last mentioned term of yeras the time shall be unlimited and left to my wife to settle when most convenient to herself.
