The Will of John Ayerst formerly of 13 Kent Street Southwark in the County of Surrey and of 12 Water Lane Thames Street in the City of London but late of the Woodlands Hither Green Lane Lewisham in the County of Kent and of 70 Lower Thames Street in the said City Carman who died 23 April 1887 at the Woodlands was proved at the Principal Registry by Mary Susannah Ayerst of the Woodlands Widow the Relict the sole Executrix. Personal Estate £1,051 14s. 4d.
