    NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of William Andrew Fox, late of Inglewood, Grange-over-Sands, in the county of Lancaster, Surgeon, deceased (who died on the 7th day of September, 1911, and letters of administration to whose estate were granted in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the sixth day of October, 1911, to George Cooke Attfield, a creditor, Alice Roe Fox, his lawful Widow and relict, and Constance Adeline Perigal (Wife of Arthur St. Lew Frederick Perigal), his natural and lawful Daughter and only next-of-kin, together the only persons entitled in distribution to his personal estate, having renounced letters of administration thereof), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts, claims or demands ito the undersigned, Arnold Greenwood and Son, Solicitors, Kendal, on or before the twenty-ninth day of February, 1912, after which date the said Geo. C. Attfield will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto ... etc.
