Re LESLIE MEREDITH EARLE, M.D., Deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given, that creditors and others having claims against the estate of Leslie Meredith Earle, M.D., formerly of " Rosebank," Aldeburgh, Suffolk, but late of 37, Sion-hill, Bath, who died at Bath on the 20th July, 1927, should give notice thereof, in writing, to the Public Trustee, Kingsway, W.C. 2 (who is the sole executor of the will and codicils of the said Leslie Meredith Earle, and to whom probate was granted on the 22nd day of September, 1927), within two months from the date hereof, after which time the Public Trustee intends to distribute the estate of the said Leslie Meredith Earle among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which notice has been then received by the Public Trustee.—Dated this 4tb day of October, 1927.
