NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of Mary Jane Akersten, Spinster, late of No. 5, Dysart-street, Finsbury, in the county of London (who died on the 28th day of December, 1899, and of whose estate letters of administration were granted out of the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 20th day of September, 1900, to Lewis Alfred Tomes Margetts, of 20 and 21, London-wall, in the city of London, the lawful attorney of William Akersten, the natural and lawful uncle and only next-of-kin of the deceased), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, or demands to us, the undersigned … on or before the 6th day of November, 1900, after which date the said administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto … etc.
