Stephen Romilly of Basinghall Street Gent died possessed of £50___ 3½ p.c. Ann. 1756, and intestate whereupon Letters of Administration dated Doctors Commons 17th March 1761 were granted unto Peter Romilly the natural and lawful Brother of the said deceased who may dispose of the said Annuities. Regd 4th April 1761.
