Note in Baptism Register, Saint Giles, Camberwell:
"Hatfield" deleted and replaced by "Attfield". This alteration was made the 3rd Dec 1845, two declarations having been first made that the entry of Hatfield instead of Attfield is an error as will appear by the said two declarations numbered A and B annexed to the first page of this Register Book. This alteration was made in the presence of William Green & Mary Lennon respectively present at the baptism of Eleanor Attfield.
