Stanley was born 6 May 1834, bap 7 Jun 1834 at Trinity Church, parish of St Marylebone, Westminster, son of Charles Lucas Esquire and Frances Lucas of 24 Charlotte St, Portland Place.
Susan died 24 Jan 1863, four days after Stanley Cazaly Lucas was born, at 11 New Burlington Street, St James Westminster, of Uterine Phlebitis (ref her death certificate). She was buried at Brookwood Cemetery, Woking, Surrey (late London Necropolis). Her grave is number 22210, Plot 34, St. Margaret's Avenue. Also in the grave is her son Stanley Cazaly Lucas, her father and mother-in-law Charles Lucas and Frances Lucas nee Short, and their youngest daughter Jessie Lucas who died aged 5. The grave next to it contains the remains of William Cazaly (1796-1869) and Susanna nee Brees (1812-1895), her parents; Stanley Lucas and Marianna Henrietta are also buried nearby.
