Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership entered into between us James Attfield and William Pool Attfield is by mutual Consent this Day dissolved; and that the Business of a Broker hitherto carried on for our joint Benefit, by No. 403, High Holborn, will be hereafter carried on at James Attfield, at the same Place, solely on his own Account; and that the said James Attfield will pay all Debts contracted by him in the said Business.
